How does this work?

Start by filling out a quote request form. We’ll review your details and send you a custom quote along with a secure link to complete your storage purchase. Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email — save it! It includes both the shipping address for your items and a QR code you’ll need to show when picking up your package in Reno.

What Items Can I Store with You?

We accept most playa-friendly gear like e-bikes, generators, solar panels, tents, bins, and more. No perishables, illegal substances, or hazardous materials, including but not limted to feathers and glitter.

How long will you hold my packages?

We offer temporary storage leading up to Burning Man — typically 2-3 months before the event. All items must be picked up before August 21, 2025 or with arrangements.

What if i don't pick up my items?

We get it — plans change. If your gear isn’t picked up, you’ll have 60 days from your scheduled pickup date to claim it. After that, it becomes the property of PlayaWorks and may be donated, recycled, or repurposed. We’ll make every effort to contact you first.

Can I store items after the event?

No. We do not offer post-event or long-term storage. All items must be picked up before the event and removed from the premises.

Do you offer return shipping after Burning Man?

No, you’re responsible for transporting your items out of Reno.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

We’re not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please insure your shipment through your carrier if needed.

Where do I pick up my items in Reno?

You’ll receive pickup instructions and our address in your confirmation email. Don’t forget your confirmation email and a valid ID — it's required for retrieval.

What are your pickup hours?

You’ll select your pickup window when you finalize your purchase. Pickup takes place in Reno during select hours leading up to the event — we’ll include full details in your confirmation email.

Can someone else pick up my gear for me?

Yes, but they must have your order confirmation email and a copy of your ID. Let us know in advance so we can add them to the approved pickup list.
